In this episode of the SPS Performance Concepts Chat, Derek M. Hansen of StrengthPowerSpeed.com interviews the most prolific pro athlete in the Pacific Rim – Paul Cheng. While not a household name, Paul has made his mark in numerous professional sports and in film and television. His journey from youth athlete to college and pro football player to combative sport contender has been lined with many obstacles, most of which he overcame with persistence and passion. Our first conversation with Paul outlines his career in football and how he learned to improve himself with limited support from his family. By simply transforming himself into a strong and fast athlete, he caught the attention of many scouts and gave himself a chance to move onto the next level. He also learned that being physically dominant was not enough in itself to secure a career in football. But along the way, Paul also had a lot of notable adventures that he shares in our discussion.
